- Description:
- Horizontal dial about 24 inches in diameter. The stone pedestal is decorated with bronze plaques and Veterans of Foreign War seals on each of the four sides. Now has an open metal base Lost its gnomon in 1982. Was moved to current site from Memorial Hall when a parking lot was built 1989-91. Now dial has been removed.
