- Description:
- A 45 inch diameter bronze equatorial ring dial with an arrow-pointed rod gnomon. The dial is mounted atop a 36 inch square pink granite plinth with chamfered corners sitting on a concrete base. No EOT or longitude correction is provided and the gnomon angle may be slightly low but is aligned true north. This is a standard commercial dial and is seen in other locations. Its design allows the gnomon angle to be changed for the local latitude.

- The square plinth is marked with bible verses and a quote from Shakespeare's Hamlet: "This above all: To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man."
