- The sundial is near the center of Pella's Central Park, within view of the tall Tulip Toren. Central Park can be accessed by Main, Broadway, Franklin, and Washington Streets, with parking on all four sides
- Description:
- An elegant armillary sphere approximately 8 ft (2.5m) tall. Painted black with gold Roman numerals for the hour marks. On the outside of the equatorial ring at each hour are embossed zodiac figures The gnomon is a traditional arrow with gold tip and feather. The dial has traditional arctic and antarctic rings.
- Inscription:
- This sundial was a gift to the Pella community from Meritage Lace Inc. It was installed just prior to Tulip Time in May of 1991.
